How Should I Take Care Of My BAZAR mask?
BAZAR masks are not razor thin, so there will be quite a long life span for our masks. However, keeping them covered with
plastic see through bags (included in your mask purchase) will protect them from mites and other harmful air particles. It is
important to keep the mask on some type of stand to protect its design and shape. We include a wig stand in your
purchase, but anything with a stable base that won't puncture the mask or is harmful to latex rubber is suitable. We
recommend using the included wig head and bubble wrap stuffed inside around the empty space to hold its shape.
Will BAZAR Consider Doing Custom Designed Masks?
BAZAR will on occasion do custom designed masks for clients. However, these pieces are extremely expensive and time
consuming. Please contact us for more in depth details regarding this type of request.
What is BAZAR's return policy?
BAZAR maintains a money back guarantee on all masks and props as long as the merchandise is not
damaged in any fashion. Clients will need to produce a receipt and the costs of the item will be returned. Refunds
are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling fees.
What is BAZAR's hours of operation?
BAZAR distributes all BAZAR Costumes, Masks, & Props products through www.bazarmask.com only. However, clients
may always reach a BAZAR representative at (812) 774-3555 or at bazar1976@yahoo.com and someone will be happy
to help service you. Hours of operation on the website are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Turnaround time on email
replies are no longer than 48 hours and normally by the next day. Voice mail messages left at (812) 774-3555 are returned
the day the message is left unless during peak season. During peak season messages may be returned as late as the
next day. Clients should feel free to call or email us anytime of the day or night during the week or on the weekend. A
BAZAR representative will work diligently to service your needs and wants.
